iCustom Cabinetry, Inc. has been serving the greater Birmingham Area delivering fine cabinetry under the name of R & R Custom cabinetry, Inc. for over 20 years. Originally started in 1986 as a one man cabinet shop in a garage with a single creed, this company has grown to now employ over a dozen craftsman and designers. The fundamental creed has remained unchanged: “Build the best cabinet possible for a fair price.” In 2014 this company was acquired by a management company that instituted better business processes, increased production capacity, and technology to serve each customer at a much higher level of excellence.
Today iCustom Cabinetry’s goal is to provide customers with not only cabinetry, but an unmatched experience of quality craftsmanship, professional service, and unprecedented value. We do this buy only offering an all wood product with the finest hardware to insure that each cabinet will not only look good but stand the test of time.
While we believe in offering a high quality product with service to match, we believe that each customer should never more than they have to. We set realistic budgets that offer value for each project. Truthfully, we pride ourselves being very competitive with our pricing. While we are not least expensive, typically our price is less than pre-fabricated cabinetry offerings such as Wellborn and Kraftmaid.
While we understand the importance our product, we feel that the level of service we offer each customer is equal if not more important. For this reason, we pride ourselves in meeting each customers need on an individual basis, making it easy for them to design, communicate, and make final cabinet selections.
