Only giving Four Stars because we aren’t quite finished with our project yet. Thus far our experience has been good. Kristin is a dream to work with, she listens to your wants and needs then works to make them a reality. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. ICustom Cabinetry did the cabinets for our entire custom built home. We are waiting on the final adjustments and repair of installation nicks that happen in any building process. They have been very responsive to any questions or issued we’ve had. I will update this review once we let them know we are ready for the final work from them.

We affectionately know this business as the "cabinet crooks". Overpriced and poor quality. Absolutely no interest in customer service and they just keep piling on "extra charges" if something is not right. The are plenty of cabinet shops that provided good quality and pricing in the Birmingham area, this is not one of them.

We just had our kitchen remodeled and used ICustom for our cabinets. From start to finish it was a professional and enjoyable experience. The cabinets are top quality and the installers very skilled. We had one minor issue that was resolved quickly and effortlessly. I’ve remodeled many kitchens in my life and these cabinets are in the top 1% of any I've used. Do yourself a favor and visit Mark and his team before selecting your cabinets. It will be one of the best decisions you’ll make. Cheers all and thanks ICustom!

iCustom Cabinetry custom built us beautiful cabinets for our entire house. Kitchen cabinets, built-ins for the bedrooms, linen cabinets, kitchen island. Everything was built exactly to the architect's specs and we have been completely thrilled with their work and professionalism. Beautiful carpentry!

Icustom Cabinetry did a great job with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. The cabinets are beautiful and are just what I wanted! I was very pleased with Mark and his helpfulness throughout this project.

I have waited a while to post a review in hopes of getting some perspective of my experience with iCustom Cabinetry. In short, Mark, the owner, did not care about us as the customer one bit. Our cabinets took over 18 weeks to complete, were incorrect, and most importantly not one of our kitchen appliance specs were taken into account. The oven cutout was incorrect, there was a panel missing over our refrigerator, and our ice maker had to be thrown away and re-purchased ALL at our expense. The person who sold us our cabinets promised us some discounts to apologize for the extreme delay, which Mark, the owner of the company, refused to honor. This company cost our family a great deal of time and money that I would never use them again. Of our entire home renovation, this cabinet company was by far the worst interaction we had, and I strongly suggest you find someone else who can do a better job and you will have a better experience.

Beyond my expectations! icustom was very professional at what they do and their product is excellent. I would highly recommend. Jose paid so much attention to details that he spent hours with the final adjustments. His craftmanship is second to none. Literally, they turned a stone into a gem.

Cabinets were perfect! One small issue when all was done and they came out and fixed it the day after I called about it! Will definitely be using them again if the need ever arises!

I worked with Paul at ICustom Cabinetry on all new kitchen, butler's pantry, laundry and master bath cabinets for our home renovation and I had THE BEST experience! I did not use a separate kitchen designer or architect to lay out my cabinets. I went to Paul with a general list of things that I thought I wanted and he was able to advise me on the pros and cons of my wish list, from which he quickly created the perfect cabinet layout and drawing for me. Paul has been in the cabinet business a long time and I trusted his expertise. He went to the house several times before the order was placed to verify measurements and made several helpful suggestions along the way. He went out of his way to order the cabinet pulls that I selected online when I couldn't find any through the vendor they regularly use. On install day, I was thrilled- my cabinets are beautiful and fantastic quality. ICustom was quick to come out to make a few minor adjustments after the initial install.I met with or tried to meet with, 6 different cabinet vendors before I found ICustom. Two wouldn't call me back, three just couldn't ever get the design and/or price right, and one never even sent me plans after a lengthy planning session. Don't waste your time and go straight to ICustom Cabinets. I've been telling everyone how great my cabinet guy is!

I Custom Cabinetry made our kitchen, master bath and laundry cabinets. The craftsmanship is exceptional. We had a few questions after the installation and the owner came to walk us through each install. The installers are the folks who make the cabinets, so their pride and caution during installation is always foremost in their work. The team is polite and respectful at all times. You will love them. They had the cabinets made and ready on time, even during this busy building season.

Mark at iCustom Cabinetry helped us design new cabinets for our kitchen and master bath. The process went smoothly, and Mark made sure that all details were taken care of and done in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new cabinets and the great customer service we received from iCustom Cabinetry!

We were building our house when our builder told us that his normal cabinet guy was booked and suggested r & r cabinets (the old name). They worked with our existing plan and then made it even better. We wouldn't have been in our house in time if it wasn't for these guys. They worked over and had our cabinets in extremely fast! I love what they did and all the cabinets look amazing! Highly recommend.

Very professional. I was very pleased with the selections they had. Customer service was also great. I read reviews to decide on who to choose, with that being said they are the best! They came into our home, professional, clean, and respectful. Our cabinets were 10 years old, to look at them today no one would ever know. #highlyRecommend

Mark and Whitney did a tremendous job customizing my pantry. They transformed it from wire wrack pantry to a custom cabinet pantry. Every detail was thought of from where my cereal would go to my custom drawers for flour and onions/potatoes. The work they do is unexplainable and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them for any of your custom cabinet work. They will work with you every step of the way and even be patient with you when you think of last minute Pinterest ideas like i did. Unlike the other cabinet companies they did not charge me extra for making changes to the drawings. Overall they do a wonderful job and I am very grateful to have found them to do my custom cabinets. Please Keep in mind the pictures are before the countertops went in.

My husband and I built our first house. We did not know much about cabinetry. They were extremely knowledgeable. It was such a pleasure to work with them. We were able to see exactly how our kitchen would look in 3-D in while in their conference room before we signed a contract. Once the Kitchen was installed it looked amazing. We get so many compliments on our cabinets.

I had my kitchen and bathroom cabinets done by I Custom Cabinetry and when I saw the finished product, " I was blown away." They truly exceeded my expectations. I am still Loving my cabinets and I'm always getting compliments when I have guest.

We used iCustom Cabinetry under their former name, R&R Custom Cabinets through our builder, Wright Homes, Inc. You could not have asked for a better experience. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and helpful and the cabinetry was second to none. We love all of our cabinets in our new home. The attention to detail was immaculate! Could not have asked for a better group to have build our cabinets! Rare find!
